Course Description
This course is a recorded webinar. This course meets criteria for all requirements for Washington State SB 6061. Washington State SB 6061 requires that all health care professionals who provides clinical services through telemedicine or telehealth shall complete a telemedicine training with several requirements. This training meets that requirement and goes further into depth into what the future of telemedicine might hold. Further scientific data is reviewed about quality of care, patient satisfaction, and clinical competences for clinicians facing challenges of telehealth.
Recommendations on how to overcome the biggest challenges in telehealth are discussed. This includes, patients feeling less paid attention to, feeling shy about asking questions, and feeling more disconnected and impersonal. Further telehealth etiquette and ways to keep professionalism are demonstrated as well.
Course Learning Objectives

Course Requirements
